The Stud

A young herd, built the right way.

Muozi Boran Stud is a young breeding operation taking root in the highlands of Nyanga, Manicaland, Zimbabwe. We are building a herd of hardy, well-bred cattle - slowly and properly - with a deep respect for the breed and the land it grazes.

We are not in a hurry. Good cattle are built over generations, and we would rather do this right than fast. The herd is still growing; our first sales are years away, by design.

The Land

Nyanga sits in Zimbabwe's eastern highlands - high ground, good rainfall, and sweeping green country. It is a place that rewards cattle bred to thrive, and it shapes everything we do.
